Named to 50 Film Festivals Worth the Entry Fee for Second Year

The Oxford Film Festival is proud to be listed as one of the MovieMaker “50 Film Festivals Worth The Entry Fee for the second consecutive year.

The next festival will be held February 18 – February 21, 2016 in Oxford, Miss. The call for entries will be opened this summer.

Films are accepted from animation, experimental, documentary, narrative, features and shorts and Mississippi films.

The 2015 festival was a record year for attendance. James Franco opened the film festival with his film “The Sound and the Fury” Tim Blake Nelson, who starred in Franco’s film, attended the festival to receive a special Hoka award for Achievement in Film.
